NB; Student are to come with their rice cooker and other essentials to ensure a smooth stay.
4. Each room features a toilet and bath and a water warmer.
5. No water charges involved.
6. Proximity - Just 5 to 7 minutes walk from Sangmuah ward.

NB; Each lane has a prepaid meter which will be re-charged with an amount of GH₵200 on arrival but in case it finishes, the mates in that room recharges by themselves.
Also, there are two kitchens that feature a refrigerator in each, those who prefer that pays an extra cost of GH₵100.
